1. Cheap, lower cost.
2. High heat efficiency,which is up to 99%.
3. Water and electricity is insulated.
4. No limescale

Cons

1. Water leakage, which up to 50%

  2. Anti-dry heating function ——–NO!!! 

If it is connected first with main power, then, SORRY, this device will be Die at once !

That is why you see lots of suppliers WARNNING you to ” Make sure the water supply is fully on” !

And if you are the seller, we believe that you will not sell this design with Ni Chrome element any more. Too much complains from customers, lots of trouble from after-sales, What A Headache Problem will kill your business, ruin your reputation and even lead you to be forget from this market.

3.  Poor User Experience

Product is design to provide convenience, not to make it complicated, not to make problem, even not to make trouble.

Why Iphone is so much popular, as even one little child with 3 years old know how to use it.

But with that bare wire heating systerm to plastic heating element, Nichrome wire heating element or called “Honeycomb-like heating element”, user are required to operate the device with the manual in hand.

• Power-on Status: Must fullfill the plastic heating element tank with water firstly, then power on.
• Power-off status: Must power-off first, then you dear to turn off the water.

Come On !

Tell me one day someone change these operating measure conversely, How much dangerous he or she will be faced ?

4. Short Life-span

We trust that no one dare to tell you its life span is more than 2 years ! You could see there showing “One Year Warranty”, or “Two Year warranty” at most.

All in all, it is not one very smart design for instantaneous water heater for shower or for water point. People prefer to choose the good user experience

Nowaday, casting aluminium heating element will be the leader to replace all Ni Chrome element.
